- New service to me, nice staff, reasonable price, perhaps could have put the items into a locked room.

- I had a half day before my flight, and had to check out of my airnbn early. It was super easy to take the subway to union station and leave my luggage at this place, then head to the airport! Very cheap and I felt like my stuff was safe.

- Bags are left in a non-individualized, low-automation environment, and the bags are identified with a small piece of paper written in pen. I found the security to be quite weak. Despite this, the bags were intact when we went to collect them.

- The luggage storage is very simple and practical! The staff was also very nice. The only thing is that when multiple people or groups try to drop off their luggage it take a little while. Also the luggages are just stashed behind the counters, not locked away or anything.

- I was able to drop my bag off a little earlier than scheduled. Both drop off and pick up employees were very pleasant. So helpful to find a place close to my airbnb where I could store my luggage until the time I was permitted to drop it off.

- The service is great and safe, the locker is in the INS store underground across from Tim Hortons 1 floor down to the ground.

- The bags were well looked after, the location is inside a market, in front of Tim Hortons, in the Atrium shopping mall, floor -1 (it was a little difficult to find), but it is a great location, as it is close to the subway and makes getting around very easy.
