Please if you read this dont play at this casino deposit is instant. But oh my god if you want to withdraw your money they dont pay out. Contacting the customer service will give you constantly the same answers of it is under review of finance department. Usually at other crypto gambling sites the crypto withdrawal is instant or paid out in 2 hours. This casino looks like a big scam as there are not many players on this casino also.

I will update this review if I get paid out.It is almost 2 days now and I did not get my crypto withdrawal yet.

They haven’t allowed me to withdraw my money for three weeks already. First they asked for documents, then bank statements, then a selfie with my passport, then a selfie with the bank statement, and finally a selfie holding a piece of paper.

Stay away from them — you will never get your money back.

I've been a member with Vave.com for a few years now, I stumbled onto them by accident and I was fortunate enough to be apart of a really good sign-up bonus upon joining.

Now on this particular sign-up bonus, the terms and conditions had stated that the betting increments were not allowed to surpass $5 USD per spin on slots. I foolishly did go beyond the stated terms in regards to the maximum increments imposed by Vave. Nonetheless, I had a really good session, and when it came time to withdraw my winnings, there was a slight delay especially considering this was my very first withdrawal so I didn't think much of it and went about my day.

After a few more hours and seeing that the withdrawal had still been pending, I decided to then contact live support and opened a ticket to speak to a Vave representative. I received a prompt and hearty reply within seconds. Upon inquiring about my winnings, I was then informed that I had violated the TOS for this particular bonus on numerous occasions during my session. Immediately I thought "fair enough..." my heart sunk to the bottom of my chest and moments after the agent begun typing again and said that they would look past my violation for this one specific time and reassured me that they had proceeded to approve my withdrawal request.

In all honesty, I was gobsmacked and definitely not expected to be shown any mercy for my wrongdoings, any other online provider would have admonished me entirely for my actions before proceeding to ban me without any due explanation.

As a result of their pardoning, I became a staunch supporter of Vave.com, the team and services offered by this wonderful site.

All my withdrawals take a maximum of 1 hour, with the occasional delay being solely the fault of the blockchain.

Albeit, as perfect as Vave can be sometimes, their one quirk that irks me is when we get a weekly bonus, the deposit bonus splits 50%-50% and half can be used at casino, the other half on sports, this issue originally was rectified when I would reach out directly to live chat, but for the last 9 months they've been pretty adamant that there is not much they can do about my unwanted sports bonus.

THIS is a rate scam. When you set it to accept only higher rates, this site accepted an incorrectly low rate. A complaint was submitted, and that was the end of it.

Rates change at will and do not reflect current rates. This site does not work on many browsers.

My withdrawal are blocked for no reason i suspect a scam

Honestly, had a great layout and easy to use interface. But once I won even a "small" amount and went to withdraw i got put through KYC hell, and its been over 8 days and still no withdrawal has been processed. To keep up with normal industry standards they need to improve drastically. If this books withdrawals were even whithin a few days it would be pretty solid. But unfortunately it's not even close so i cannot reccomend.

EDIT: After numerous KYC emails they finally paid. Updating to 2 stars but the overall experience i cannot recommend.

Won £15090 and after 3 days of waiting for a withdrawal message had a message that they had confiscated the winning because I used a free spin wheel 6 days prior. I have full recordings and proof. I am a new member of this site, I lost money in the first two deposits, I deposited money for the 3rd time, I won a little, I requested a withdrawal and they confiscated my money and deleted my account, using multiple accounts as an excuse. If you read the comments of a fraudulent site, they have applied the multiple account nonsense to dozens of people. Stay away from this site.

UPDATE: After around 32 hours, they finally approved and processed my withdrawal. I still think this is far too long for a casino to pay out winnings. WARNING on depo bonus. You can’t get over $5 on bonus buys so if you buy a $60 bonus buy with your own funds whilst bonus is active and you win, they’ll take back your winnings based off of t&cs which is a joke.

A deposit i made was not received.
I tried to explain that of the 2 deposits i made at the same time has the same transaction hash. And needs to be manually reviewed. I can litteralt see my deposit in their wallet on the chain.
