How to Make Ganache in 5 Minutes | It's easy! All you need is chocolate chips or bars and heavy cream. You can even use white chocolate if that's what your recipe calls for. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, stirring until it melts completely. Add the cream slowly so as not to introduce any bubbles into the mixture. Once you have whisked this together well enough, just pour it into whatever dish or mold that has been prepared for Ganache (a cake pan works great).
