20min · 1 serving     Chocolate Mousse from only 3 ingredients -  Ingredients:  • gelatin mass:  • 60 grams of cold water  • 12 grams of gelatin powder  Chocolate Mousse:  • 100 grams of quality dark chocolate  • 200 ml sweet cream 38%  • 12 grams of gelatin mass (prepared in advance)  preparation method:  • Before starting the recipe, prepare a gelatin mass, mix water and gelatin powder and wait 10 minutes until it crystallizes.  • Immediately afterwards, chop the chocolate, place in a bowl and pour half of the amount of cream over the chocolate.  • Heat under a bain-marie or in pulses of 15 seconds in the microwave until melted.  • After melting and the ganache is hot, add the gelatin mass that we prepared beforehand.  • Mix the ganache well until a smooth texture without grains is obtai
