Dome Sword
The Dome is attacked! You need to push back the aliens before they reach the shelter.
For that, you have 2 weapons at your disposal to protect the dome:
- The Sword, that deals important damages on close enemies and can extract ammunitions from its victims. You have to charge the sword in a direction (left or right) before unleashing it on the enemies
- The Turret, that allows you to shoot on distant enemies, the only way to get ammo is to use the Sword.
Dome Sword is my first game made with the Godot engine, during the Godot Wild Jam #89. During a week i learned how to use the engine and decided to make a short game inspired by Dome Keeper. Enjoy !
Inputs:
- E to select the other weapon
- Tab to pause the game
Sword Controls:
- A / D / Arrow keys to build momentum and charge the sword in a direction (left or right)
- Left Click / Space to release it and do a swing
Turret Controls:
- A / D / Arrow keys to move the turret along the dome
- Left Click / Space to shoot

very orignal thought, but since there is always enemies everywhere i have the feeling i am just always going completly to the right or left with the "weight", so makes me not actually use the mecanic in a intresting way :)
