Summer is most definitely past. Daylight time ended when standard time came into effect as of 4 a.m. Sunday morning local time in Finland, when clocks were turned back by one hour.

Daylight savings time usually ends for the Finns early on a Sunday morning. This year clocks were turned back by one hour at 4 a.m. on October 31.
The re-start of standard time caused some changes in morning rail traffic and public transport services.
Finland has observed daylight savings time during the late spring, summer and early autumn since 1981.
President Alexander Stubb said that Finland has "the biggest military force of Arctic capabilities" in Nato. Regarding Greenland, he expressed confidence that "we’ll find an off-ramp".
