Rico is a young boy who strives to be as cute as a puppy. He's sweet on the surface, but rarely cares to invest time, and effort into forming any meaningful relationships with kids his own age. He works to upkeep a social status as well-liked enough, simply for classmates to not pick a fight with him.

Instead, he prefers spending time with his older brother, Lucas. To Rico, their relationship is simple; Lucas loves him, and is willing to go great lengths to make Rico happy. To keep him around, Rico just has to meet a few of his needs as well.
