I’d give NO stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE…. Here’s a copy of the email I sent to them to complain. I’m writing regarding my booking today at your parking facility. What an absolute disgrace the service has been. This morning, once I was 20 mins from the car parking facility I called as instructed. Was told that’s fine and driver would be waiting for me. Got to the postcode area and had to phone the number back as there were no signs or anything to instruct us to where the car parking facility was located. We were advised the driver would call us back, we waited in the car for a further 10 minutes before we received a phone call to give us directions where to go. Got to the facility and stopped in front of the port-a-cabin as directed. Then waited another 45 minutes for the driver to actually turn up. I got out and locked my car. As instructed on the paper I received when booking I then proceeded to hand the driver my car key. He told me just to keep it! We were then dropped at the airport with only 30 minutes left on our check in time. The driver said I could just pay £14 there and then which would cover our drop off and collection barrier fee. I paid the driver £14. We then had a rush through security etc due to the delays caused by your company. On arrival at the airport this evening, I phoned as soon as I had phone signal and was told the driver would be there in 10-20 minutes. I phoned back 40 mins later to be told ‘they were having bother at the depot’. It states on the paperwork that ‘you offer a convenient shuttle service every 30 mins’. This is far from the truth when there was another couple waiting, they had waited 1hr and 20 minutes. We were met with abrupt and rude people on the phone. It got to a point no one would answer the phone to us. We were outside in the freezing cold, waiting in the pick up area, where we were instructed to wait for the driver. We couldn’t wait any longer so I attempted to get a taxi to take us to the parking facility, unfortunately there were no taxis available to collect us. I then remembered I had the phone number of the driver who dropped us off at the airport. I phoned that number, the driver told me he wasn’t on shift but could collect us as he wasn’t too far away. He however collected us from a service station 1/2 mile walk from the airport. I paid £7 to be dropped off and £7 to be picked up at the pick up/drop off area but wasn’t picked up from there. I have literally got home and done this email, I should have been home at least 1 hour 30 mins ago. I’m actually shocked that you can call this a convenient service? None of the ‘great services’ as promised on your website were delivered to us. ‘No hidden fees, no last-minute stress — just smooth, straightforward parking that helps your journey get off to the best possible start’ No last minute stress!!! Smooth, straightforward parking…… it couldn’t be further from the truth. ‘All listed providers have 24/7 CCTV, barrier entry and lighting and many carry car park accreditation’ The parking facility had no CCTV as I looked around for it, no barrier entry and certainly no lighting. It was pitch black getting back to our cars. There is no way that car park has a police-backed accreditation.

Aloha, I am 58 1/2 years old. When I was 23 one year after the delivery of my third child a new and inventive surgery was done on me by a visiting foreign doctor for bladder prolapse ( years later we never figured out what type of surgery). 28 years later my bladder fell again. No pessary would stay in and I just managed it on my own with physical therapy untill I had two bulges close to the hymen. I was then diagnosed with triple prolapse, rectal, bladder, vaginal vault. I had surgery 6/27/25, I had triple vaginal pelvic prolapse surgery with sacrospinous fixation and mid urethral sling. My bladder fell again by the 6 weeks check up. I did all the restrictions correctly and was extra careful. At four or five months after surgery we tried all types of pessaries again, I couldn't keep one in. I ordered uresta. Size 4 has been perfect and after comfortablely wearing it for 5 days now my bladder has been supported. I exam myself and this bulge regularly. It seems like uresta holding my sagging bladder back from bulging so low is helping my vaginal walls to gain healing strength and get a little better already. This device is a God send and I can't wait till I see my surgeon for a next appointment to discuss my success in finally holding the bladder up. I feel like with the aide of this device and further pelvic floor excersizes I will not need another surgery. Thank you so much for my new found freedom and more normal life!

I started Wingman Plus back in Nov of 2025. I was looking for a professional photoshoot to enhance my dating profiles but what Wingman Plus offered was so much more..! The coaches work with you on style, wardrobe, grooming, confidence, text game etc. Before you even get in front of the camera you are set up for complete success! All your outfits will be pre-arranged and approved by yourself and the coaches. You work through learning modules that explain personal styling, dating profiles setup, text game etc. The amount of content you get is truly impressive and I find myself returning to various modules often. Lastly, man do the guys at Wingman Plus care about your success. So grateful to work with a company of people who care so deeply about the customer experience and they truly want to see you succeed. Highly recommend for anyone who is serious about improving their dating life. I went from basically no matches on Hinge to an absolute tsunami of likes and matches. Make the self investment- it changes your life for the better!

I would not recommend ANYONE TO EVER use this service. They LIE, CHEAT and do not honor anything they say. I paid extra for refund guarantee only to be told later that there basically had to be a health/death emergency for that to happen. I was stuck staying in a disgusting and unsafe motel with no other options. They did not care that there was a DEAD rat in the light fixture, that my shoes stuck to the carpet, my door did not lock properly, window was screwed shut, there was pubic hair on the floor of bathroom, the cord was cut off the hair dryer, it smelled like 3 day old alcohol, bad decisions and a lifetime of regret. Horrible customer service and did not care if a single woman traveling alone was in danger. I hope this business is shut down. No, I hope everyone that works there has to stay a week at the Rodeway Inn in Ft. Lauderdale. Let them see how disgusting it is. HORRIBLE BUSINESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH TRASH LIKE THIS.

I ordered the frameless tiles and received my order and several of the items are bent, ripped on the corners, and the back black linings were bubbling off. I requested a return and full refund without the restocking fee. I sent them pictures of the damaged products. They said they wanted to “make it right” but they wouldn’t give me a refund. They said they would replace the items, but why would I want a replacement of the same product when it would probably show up damaged again? They said I could replace with the framed product but I didn’t like any of those products. So I requested the replacement be the glass tiles as it looks the most similar to the original product I ordered. They have refused to replace my damaged order with tiles that I like. Trying to get a product that isn’t damaged that I like from this company has been very frustrating and stressful. I have had a very bad experience with their customer service. So now I don’t know what to do with this situation.

They’re selling legitimate good stuff. However, their customer service is practically nonexistent; there’s no reachable support channel at all. I purchased a Nike Kobe Basketball Pleated Top, but when it arrived, it was way too big for me. Every attempt to initiate a return or exchange has been completely fruitless. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m starting to regret buying from them. This was my first (and likely last) time shopping with them. Given how completely unresponsive and incommunicado they are, I won’t be patronizing them again.

So brought 2 AEQ,2.0 pens one in store and one online the in store one lasted about a month then would not charge, so ordered another one online which was faulty from the start would not charge properly and when i put the pod in it just continually burnt the oil without me even puffing on it ,so tried going on to there refunds page would not let me get a returns label for some reasons after trying a good 5 times kept clicking on where it says request label but just would let me do it ,now got 2useless pens and 3packs of pods that i can not ues ,

I absolutely love these shoes. I now have two pair of the Clouders (black & grey) I'll probably never buy another shoe for walking. I have wide feet anyway, problems from a bunion surgery almost 20 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I refuse to have surgery on and I can walk 3 sometime 4 miles a day in these shoes. I haven't been able to do that in a very long time without pain. I'm pain free when walking now.

They sent the wrong type of rail, tried to inform me that it was my error. Then they sent a replacement rail, and it was the exact same thing. customer service is terrible ( they respond but no solutions presented that are reasonable) productions in Mexico. They sent videos in Spanish, not pleased with my experience at all. I ordered panel blinds.

I didn't believe this product was going to work and was going to return it. But I am so happy that I kept it, as it is so relaxing and put me to sleep very quickly and I suffer severely from insomnia. My neck muscles are relaxing and my neck pain is subsiding tremendously.
