I’d give NO stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE…. Here’s a copy of the email I sent to them to complain. I’m writing regarding my booking today at your parking facility. What an absolute disgrace the service has been. This morning, once I was 20 mins from the car parking facility I called as instructed. Was told that’s fine and driver would be waiting for me. Got to the postcode area and had to phone the number back as there were no signs or anything to instruct us to where the car parking facility was located. We were advised the driver would call us back, we waited in the car for a further 10 minutes before we received a phone call to give us directions where to go. Got to the facility and stopped in front of the port-a-cabin as directed. Then waited another 45 minutes for the driver to actually turn up. I got out and locked my car. As instructed on the paper I received when booking I then proceeded to hand the driver my car key. He told me just to keep it! We were then dropped at the airport with only 30 minutes left on our check in time. The driver said I could just pay £14 there and then which would cover our drop off and collection barrier fee. I paid the driver £14. We then had a rush through security etc due to the delays caused by your company. On arrival at the airport this evening, I phoned as soon as I had phone signal and was told the driver would be there in 10-20 minutes. I phoned back 40 mins later to be told ‘they were having bother at the depot’. It states on the paperwork that ‘you offer a convenient shuttle service every 30 mins’. This is far from the truth when there was another couple waiting, they had waited 1hr and 20 minutes. We were met with abrupt and rude people on the phone. It got to a point no one would answer the phone to us. We were outside in the freezing cold, waiting in the pick up area, where we were instructed to wait for the driver. We couldn’t wait any longer so I attempted to get a taxi to take us to the parking facility, unfortunately there were no taxis available to collect us. I then remembered I had the phone number of the driver who dropped us off at the airport. I phoned that number, the driver told me he wasn’t on shift but could collect us as he wasn’t too far away. He however collected us from a service station 1/2 mile walk from the airport. I paid £7 to be dropped off and £7 to be picked up at the pick up/drop off area but wasn’t picked up from there. I have literally got home and done this email, I should have been home at least 1 hour 30 mins ago. I’m actually shocked that you can call this a convenient service? None of the ‘great services’ as promised on your website were delivered to us. ‘No hidden fees, no last-minute stress — just smooth, straightforward parking that helps your journey get off to the best possible start’ No last minute stress!!! Smooth, straightforward parking…… it couldn’t be further from the truth. ‘All listed providers have 24/7 CCTV, barrier entry and lighting and many carry car park accreditation’ The parking facility had no CCTV as I looked around for it, no barrier entry and certainly no lighting. It was pitch black getting back to our cars. There is no way that car park has a police-backed accreditation.
