Need to hang and stretch your back and lats, but can't simply 'hang'? This classic horizontal hang feels great and works wonders. Follow the cues on the video, let hips fall back AWAY from your hanging arms and let gravity do the rest. Single arm version with lunge back will increase the stretch A LOT! Lower back need decompressing? Use a strong resistance band (as shown in video) to lengthen and stretch the lower back WITHOUT the need for an expensive inversion table.
