Atta Halwa Recipe | Aate ka Halwa | 

Recipe Details
 • Preparation Time:-	5 Minutes
 • Cook Time:-		10 Minutes
 • Total Time:-		15 Minutes
 • Serves:-			2 Persons

Recipe Ingredients 
 • 1 Cup Wheat Flour ( Gehu Ka Atta )
 • 3/4th Jaggery ( Gur )
 • 3/4th Cup Clarified Butter ( Ghee )
 • Handful Assorted Dry Fruits
 • 4 – 5 Rasins ( Kishmis )
 • Pinch Cardamom ( Elaichi ) Powder 

Recipe Instructions 
 • Take a Kadhai
 • Pour 2 Tbsp Ghee
 • Once the ghee melts
 • Add wheat flour slowly in intervals 
 • Stir continuously to avoid lump formation
 • Once the mixture thickens
 • Pour 1 Tbsp Ghee 
 • Stir gently till the mixture blends well 
 • Take another Kadhai
 • Pour 1 Tsp Ghee 
 • Add handful assorted dry fruits 
 • Roast them till they turn brown and crisp

Recipe: Wheat Halva(Atta Halva)/ Kada Prasad

Ingredients:
- ¾ to 1 cup Wheat flour (depends on your brand of flour)
- ¾ cup Sugar 
- 1½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Ghee
- 2 to 3 tbsp Ghee (this depends on the brand of flour you are using)
 • - ½ teaspoon Elaichi Powder 

Method:
 • - First make the Sugar Syrup
 • - Mix the Water and Sugar, stir in the Elaichi Powder and whisk to combine
 • - Stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves
 • - Once the it starts boiling, take it off the heat, keep it aside
 • - To make the Halva, add ¼ cup Ghee to a heavy bottom pan
 • - The heat should be low-medium, once the Ghee melts add the Flour
 • - Mix until it becomes crumbly in texture
 • - Add 2 tbsp of Ghee at first, if needed add one more tbsp
 • - After adding the ghee it will become

INGREDIENTS:  • 1 Cup Ghee  • 1 Cup Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)  • ½ Cup Jaggery  • ½ Cup Milk  METHOD:  1. Add Ghee in a kadhai.  2. Add Whole Wheat Flour to the melted ghee.  3. Keep tossing it on medium low flame till it turns dark brown in colour. You can moderate the temperature of flame from high to medium to low. But ensure to keep tossing continuously for it can burn. It should take good 10–13 minutes.  4. Add milk and keep stirring till it dissolves.  5. Once the flour has roasted and achieved the dark brown colour add jaggery.  6. Now keep stirring it. The test of doneness is when the halwa has centred and leaves the sides.  7. Serve hot and add little ghee more if you are ghee lover like me.  If desired top it with some Chopped nuts of your choice.
