Method:
 • Crackle cumin seeds in oil with hing 
 • Add onions and sauté 
 • Followed by finely chopped capsicum & tomatoes, sauté further
 • Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & salt
 • Add some water followed by the steamed sprouts
 • Cook for another minute
 • Top it up with lemon juice & coriander and it’s ready!
