First I went through a bulking phase of 6 months. I started tracking my calories and especially my protein intake, I consumed around 2600 calories per day and 100g of protein at least.

At the end of this bulk I was 65kg. I gained a lot of muscle but also a bit of fat so I went through a little cut where I lost 5kg. I went in a calorie deficit of 2000 calories per day and went up with my protein intake.

A year later I went in my second bulk where I ate almost 3000 calories and 150g of protein per day. After 6 months I went through a small fat loss phase of 3 months which leads me to where I'm now at. I weighed around the same for over a year now.

While doing all of this I kept training consistently and to failure!!
