Yall asked, Sorry this took so long!! 😅 but here’s a look at what I eat in a day while on my 2000 calorie limit. (Down 9.2 lbs total so far!) I will say that for about a week now I’ve been eating closer to 1700-1800 calories just as I haven’t been snacking as much and haven’t felt hungry. I haven’t dropped my limit down at all, it’s still set to 2000 calories but I don’t force myself to eat more if I’m not hungry. I’ve just found myself at the end of the day having only eaten closer to 1700 ...
