RETURN POLICY
No returns or exchanges of items...all purchases are final. Please read item descriptions thoroughly and feel free to contact me if you have ANY questions before purchasing.

Order Cancellations
If a Customer would like to cancel an order, the Customer must e-mail a request along with the order number. You may also use our contact form here: www.studiorayyan.com/pages/contact
A 5% cancellation fee will apply. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Custom and Special Order Items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Damages and issues
Each item is inspected carefully before shipping and packaged securely. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within five days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any reported damage will require clear photo proof including the package. You may need to present the packaging and damaged items in person to your local post office for verification.
