Coming from consulting, I thought sales meant spamming strangers and chasing quotas. I was wrong. Last month I booked 60+ meetings (yup, not a typo) — and GTM at Reducto feels closer to consulting than I expected. You diagnose complex problems, shape narratives, engage senior buyers, and directly influence company trajectory. We're hiring GTM (AEs and BDRs) in SF (5 days onsite). Here's why you should join Reducto: > Real market pull. Outbound works because the demand is real > We own our research and models > Exceptional team Who we want: Enterprise B2B pipeline experience, or a consultant looking to make a jump to GTM / AI startups. You move with urgency and own outcomes fully. $5,000 referral bonus if you send me someone we hire. If you want to fast track your application, DM me — or better yet, call me. Bonus points if you do. iykyk 😄

We had over 200 founders and early stage operators join us for our first Founders Table billiards night! It was great to see some familiar faces and YC customers in the crowd for lots of competition, drinks, and good food. We're always throwing creative events in SF - if you're a founder let us know what you want to see next 👀 Stay up to date for all our events in our Reducto Community Calendar link in the comments! Thanks to Gumloop and Delve for doing this one with us.

Building genuine community is HARD. It's the very definition of doing things that don't scale. But I'm so glad that more companies are hosting mixers, dinners, game nights, yoga sessions, sauna days, dance parties, monster truck rallies, DJ sets, coffee chats... whatever can get people together. Building "aura" around your company isn't always quantifiable. But when your name comes up in a chat between potential investors, customers, or partners weeks from now... there's a non-zero chance it's because of that out-of-the-box event you threw. I'm proud that Joust gets to be a small part of helping companies have more FUN with their customers, partners, and friends. This upcoming Thursday, we are throwing a game night for Reducto, a company that helps AI teams make unstructured data (PDFs, images, spreadsheets) workflow-ready. At 75 hand-selected RSVPs... we are basically at capacity, but if you'd like to play a few hands of Monopoly Deal with us... shoot me a DM.

  • We're proud to be the ingestion layer powering some of Vanta’s new AI features. Vanta is building AI-native compliance tools that automate the hardest parts of the job such as verifying evidence, answering security questionnaires, and linking citations. Their AI org quickly grew from 3 to 20+ engineers in just the past year alone, scaling up massively. But AI-powered compliance has a prerequisite: accurate document understanding. They started with AWS Textract, but things quickly got messy with mixed formats, scanned docs, and PowerPoint decks with embedded screenshots. They heard about Reducto and ran a side-by-side comparison: Reducto's quality was higher and it was faster. The relationship deepened into a design partnership. We built document filling together so customers could get back a completed, formatted questionnaire ready to send. Reducto piloted a prototype in days, and it was fully deployed to production within a month. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gFjQvdMi

  • Welcoming Aniruddha to the team as a Machine Learning Engineer! A fellow MIT grad, Ani brings ML experience from his time doing research and at Bunkerhill Health. 🌟 Why did you join Reducto? "I came to the onsite not sure what to expect but left it realizing how challenging document processing really is. Extracting trustworthy information from messy documents is a deeply technical problem, especially at scale. And Reducto is at the cutting edge of it. At the same time, the impact is huge. Every industry runs on documents. Solving this well is valuable across so many industries. The combination of working on a hard and impactful problem with smart teammates is what convinced me." 🌟What has surprised you about working here so far? "How driven the whole team is. There’s a real intensity around building something high quality and useful. People deeply care about the product, the customers and the trajectory of the company. Makes it a great place to work!" Excited to have you with us :)

We recently hosted our first Y Combinator hackathon on a Saturday — and 200+ builders showed up. I watched so many cool demos being built with Reducto, Firecrawl, and Resend; we wanted to document a few of the projects we saw being built by Kevin, Anas, and Benjamin! Other ones we didn’t get on video: ➡️ Parsing a physical paper form with smart glasses to get the contents out ➡️ Analyzing handwritten pilot logs to flag dangerous flight patterns before they become accidents ➡️ Organizing multi-year legal case files into a navigable knowledge graph ➡️ Matching patients to clinical trials from medical documents The thread running through all of them: Reducto could unlock the valuable data trapped inside the documents. Shoutout to Mark, Christina, Patrick, and Brandon for filming! Should we host more hackathons?
