“We didn’t realize what we didn’t realize we were missing.” Thomas (TC) Riley, Sr. Director of Data Cariloop. Cariloop, a Dallas-based health and wellness company, hit a familiar wall in early 2025. Their Salesforce setup had slowly turned into a 'black box.' We partnered with Thomas and his team as both consultants AND builders. Instead of patching symptoms, we stepped back to the Buyer Journey Matrix, mapped the real flow of their revenue, and rebuilt Salesforce around that (not the other way around.)
