HubSpot's growth formula keeps getting clearer. Platform consolidation. Multi hub adoption. Upmarket momentum. Q3 By The Numbers: - Revenue Growth: 18.4% - Operating Margin: 20% - New Customers: +10,900 (279k total) - Deals over $5k MRR: +35% YoY - Pro Customers with 3+ Hubs: 43% Platform consolidation is being driven by 3 primary factors: - Total Cost of Ownership - United Data Across Customer Journey - Accelerate AI innovation And while we are still too early on the AI journey to show true monetization, I continue to be impressed with the HubSpot point of view, their approach, and the early signals of success. I love how Yamini Rangan framed it: "HubSpot houses AI and is the customer platform where intelligence and context are applied.... It turns generic AI output into insights that are accurate, relevant, and actionable." And the early results are promising: - ChatGPT Connector: 47k installs (fastest growing app in 5 years) - Customer Agent: 6,200 users (+48% QoQ) - Prospecting Agent: 6,400 users (+94% QoQ) Add the XFunnel acquisition, tracking brand visibility in AI generated answers, and you have a company focused on helping GTM leaders win. Not everything is up and to the right. Upmarket momentum continues, but Starer volume kept Average Subscription Revenue Per Customer (ASRPC) flat at $11,600. But that's only a risk if upgrade/ expansion stalls. The real tension to watch... Prioritizing AI adoption over short term AI monetization. The more HubSpot proves revenue outcomes from AI solutions, the faster usage based revenue becomes sticky. Congrats on a strong quarter HubSpot. Time to finish the year even stronger. LETS GO!
