    A recent survey of CIOs discovered that the number of companies looking for a unified platform to connect their apps and agents has doubled in the last 18 months. As companies deploy many agents across departments, these agents can't work in isolation. "For companies who want to have the reliability, availability, security to really make sure that the business is safe and secure while you're running all these skilled agents, well, that is what Salesforce is doing," said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce said in yesterday's earnings show. Benioff was joined on Salesforce's Q4 earnings show by executives from SharkNinja, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and SaaStr Ai — customers who are seeing the ROI of Agentforce in their business. "Our agents now have encyclopedic knowledge, giving us an ability to answer any question imaginable," said Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
