Employees in India recently took part in an expo as part of our internal wellness program, MongoDB Bloom. 🌸 Throughout the day, there were over 600 employee interactions with various health professionals who held private consultations and health screenings in our Gurugram office. This accessibility was key to providing employees with preventative wellbeing support, especially when busy days filled with work, family, and travel can get in the way. Think about an industrial robot that predicts maintenance before it fails, a connected vehicle making split-second decisions, or a retail POS system that keeps running even without internet. In these scenarios, real-time processing isn’t optional , it’s critical. By combining ObjectBox at the edge with MongoDB Atlas in the cloud, applications can process data locally for instant responsiveness and then sync it seamlessly for centralized analytics and AI model improvement. 👉 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gjFhWWiY

German proptech company EVANA AG's AI platform helps professional real estate investors quickly find insights in contracts, reports, and other documents. However, after eight years, EVANA's complex tech stack (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Elasticsearch, etc.) led to inconsistent, costly, and scattered data. In 2023, they adopted MongoDB Atlas. Within six months, they achieved a single source of truth, eliminated data duplication, and stabilized their platform, increasing releases from once every two months to up to eight times per day. This resulted in "EVANA 2.0": faster, more accurate, and scalable. “If you want a database that just works and makes your life easier, MongoDB is the best choice now and for the future.” — Martin Teiber, CEO https://lnkd.in/gcqaBWHv

This February, our employee resource group BEAM (Black Employees at MongoDB) celebrated 100 years of Black History Month in the U.S. 💚 From an intersectional book club and keynote speeches to meditation and career development sessions, BEAM held events for all MongoDB employees to get involved, celebrate, and reflect on Black history. It was a reminder that 100 years of Black History Month is simply a marker, not the measure. Learn more about employee resource groups at MongoDB 👉 https://lnkd.in/gMGk525Q #LifeAtMongoDB
