I’ve found my favourite way to talk about practical AI in data-driven marketing…   It’s over a fantastic dinner with a brilliantly engaged group of people — this time at the iconic The Groucho Club Ltd.!   Last night, the Invoca team brought together clients and new connections for an evening of lively debate on the adoption of AI in today’s world. The room was full of people from all walks of life and career stages, creating a diverse mix of perspectives on:   ▪️ The pace of change, ▪️ Practical real-world applications across our respective industries, and ▪️ honest reflections on the successes (and challenges) of adopting AI so far.   Refreshingly, much of the conversation focused not just on what to do with AI, but what needs to be in place first — from culture and strategy to organisational readiness and marketing maturity.   I came away with new insights, new connections, and plenty of food for thought. Great to meet and continue the conversation with Richard, Ben, Benjamin Reinesch, Ezgi, Pragya, Lee, Marc, Ryan, Oliver, Tom, and Duncan.   Finally, huge thanks to the hosts from Invoca, especially Duncan for pulling it all together — a superb event from start to finish.

Winning in today’s crowded market is not about the product ❌ CLIFF DINWIDDIE of Kinetic explains that customers care about value and solutions, not acronyms or technology specs. By starting with the customer’s problem and working backward, his team ensures messaging is relevant and impactful. That outside-in mindset helps sales and marketing cut through the noise and focus on what really matters to the buyer. To celebrate spooky season, we’re kicking off our "Data Nightmares" series! 🎃 😱 We're sharing spine-chilling missteps that can haunt your campaigns... and how brave marketers defeated them with Invoca! 👻 Nothing's scarier than attribution that vanishes into thin air without a trace. You're spending thousands on ads, but when customers pick up the phone to convert, your attribution data goes POOF, disappearing faster than your kid’s candy on Halloween after they fall asleep. CARiD was haunted by phantom phone call conversions until they brought in our team. "Invoca fixed the blind spot in our marketing attribution. We no longer just see calls — we know which calls actually turn into revenue," said Volodymyr Boiko, Director of SEM. As a result, CARiD drove a whopping 260% increase in ROAS! 📈 🚀 Don't let your marketing ROI become a ghost story. With Invoca's call tracking, every phone call conversion gets the attribution it deserves. Want to learn more? Successful sales and marketing alignment starts with meeting customers exactly where they are. 🤝 On episode 2 of our Modern Revenue Executive podcast 🎧, CLIFF DINWIDDIE of Kinetic shares how his team starts by warming the broader market, then narrowing in to engage specific customers before sales arrives. By the time a sales rep shows up, prospects already recognize the brand, understand the value, and are ready for a conversation. 🎯 That careful handoff between marketing and sales drives stronger conversions and a smoother customer journey.
