I grew my automation agency to $2M. Now, I'm moving to the “other side” of the tech stack. I’m joining Fillout & Zite as Head of Growth! 🚀 During my time at Automation Helpers, we used Fillout on roughly 80% of our client projects. It’s rare that a single vendor is always the right answer, but when you have partners like Dominic and Antony who are so dedicated to solving real problems, it’s a no-brainer. After stepping down as CEO of Automation Helpers, my plan was to go all-in on SoftwareFinds. (That brand is still going strong with Alex at the helm!) But sometimes the stars align:  • A founding team you trust.  • A product customers actually love.  • A role that perfectly fits your skill set.  • The right timing. I’ve spent years building automation for others; now I get to do it from the inside for the tools I believe in most. We have some big plans for 2026! Thrilled to welcome Dan Leeman to Zite as our Head of Growth. Dan is a dream hire for us. He previously built his automation agency, Automation Helpers, to $2M in revenue with one of the best content arms in the AI + automations space. We’ve partnered together closely since the start of our business. Dan even created the very first Fillout course over two years ago! More recently, Dan has been building extensively with Zite and has created some of the most thoughtful, no non-sense content on how to build useful software with AI. After stepping down as CEO of Automation Helpers (now in great hands with co-founder Eli), the timing lined up perfectly. Edit translations if needed. ✨ Introducing Zite (build full-stack apps) In April we introduced Zite, our AI app builder for creating business apps, internal tools and customer-facing portals. ✅ Quality-of-life improvements in forms A bunch of quality-of-life improvements shipped this year: - Bulk field operations (select multiple fields, copy/paste, mark required, set logic) - Bulk approvals (approve/reject submissions at scale) - Restore form versions (version history) - Better collaboration (sharing + invite links, internal notes) - Organization asset gallery for reusable images/logos 🗄️ Databases, built for Fillout + Zite We launched Zite’s built-in database to act on your form and app data. Zite database is as easy to use as a spreadsheet and as scalable as a SQL database. Build with: - Linked records + dozens of field types - CSV, Airtable and Google Sheet import/export - Undo/redo - REST API + webhooks - Granular permissions + SOC 2 Type II 🔐 Auth + user login for Zite apps Zite apps have built-in user and access control. - Database-first authentication (no duplicate user records) - Secure backend workflows + observability - Internal-only, invite-only, or public signups - No user limits on any tier 🤖 Agentic mode + partial file edits in Zite Zite got smarter when working in large projects: - Reads/changes only what’s necessary - Partial file edits to reduce token burn and speed up iterations - Better issue detection + automatic fixes - Faster editor for large apps + chat pagination 💳 New Team Plan + simplified billing We introduced an all-in-one bundle that brings Fillout Forms, Zite Apps and Databases together with unlimited seats. Plus, a unified billing + usage page to manage everything in one place. 📆 Faster scheduling forms and new integrations Fillout Scheduling improvements: - Microsoft Outlook scheduling integration - Jump straight to the first month with availability - Up to 12.5× faster scheduling links (biggest gains for multi-attendee + round robin) - Easier host management + multiple calendar support 🔌 New form integrations and reliability improvements We added new integrations and improved existing ones: - n8n integration - ClickUp integration - Re-run failed integrations in one click We'll be kicking off January with a launch week and can't wait to show you what's next.
