After watching this episode, I've come to the conclusion that cakes aren't just for birthdays-they're the future.
The main story in this episode is that some tickling might have caused Frank's death.
So has the actor quit the show? Is this really his last episode? I don't follow the news much, so I was confused till the end about whether this was his final appearance as Frank or not. Is it? You'll have to watch and see.
Overall, the show is still fun to watch. The creators aren't like, "We've made 16 seasons already, let's just ruin it now and make it dumb and boring." No! They're still putting in effort.
I'll definitely be watching the rest of the episodes-hoping to see Mary (the waitress) and David (Cricket) this season too.

Just tried to watch the first episode but couldn't finish it. The title fits perfectly-it's really too much. The episode was around 35 minutes, which felt like too much. The drama was too much, and the way they were trying to make the show funny and cool was also just too much.
It also felt like Megan was playing the same character she plays in Hacks. Honestly, it felt like a spinoff of her Kayla character. I watched the show only because of her-and she did well-but the jokes didn't work for me at all. I stopped watching around the 14-minute mark.
The thing with comedy shows is, it's not just the lead characters who need to be funny-the side characters should be too. They tried to make the grandma funny, but like the title, even her character was too much.
I think they should've added the laugh track, so at least I'd know which parts the writers thought were funny-it was hard to tell.
Overall, not for me-I'm skipping this one.

Just watched the first episode-really fun seeing all of them together! The best part is, at least these guys made Abbott Elementary watchable again. I used to like that show, but I couldn't even finish the last season-I left it halfway. Still, I like the characters, and this whole crossover idea was great.
At first, I wasn't sure I'd enjoy it after seeing the promo, and honestly, I still feel they could've made it a 40-minute episode or even two episodes with that setup. I thought the Abbott janitor and Charlie might team up, or maybe Mac and Jacob-but you'll have to watch to see if that actually happened.
One of the gang members (maybe Dee) made a joke about Black people and head lice, and I had to look it up-shockingly, it was true.
Overall, a decently entertaining, casual watch.
