The acting isn't fabulous, but it's not terrible either. The story line is good, but maybe not put together as well as it could be. The second scene is pretty nebulous. Then, seriously, what mother takes a newborn on vacation into the middle east. Some of the connections are really big jumps. But the action is good and watching a vulnerable, but strong female character kick ass is always fun. There are secondary female characters who kick ass in their own way. In the end it all comes together for a satisfying thrill ride and what's not to love about that.
I never write reviews here, bur this time my indignation has pushed me to do it. This film is rubbish, and all of these reviews must have been written by friends and family of the cast of this terrible mess. It's a ridiculous plot that must have been written in the back of an envelope after a few beers. The acting is painful to watch, the action scenes are amateurish at best and the script is full of cliches and makes no sense. There's a lot of crap films like this out there, the annoying thing is that the perpetrators get away with publishing all of these glowing reviews on IMDB. I normally trust reviews on this site, but it looks like I need to be more careful.
The story is half prejudice half evil and the woman is like batman without the cape. She does serious damage like the poor woman version of Jack Ryan. Just as believable, when you think about it. Haha! Crazy ride.
A woman (the mistress of a married American politician who has had his baby) needs some vacation time while he's campaigning and figuring out how to tell his wife. She chooses a very restful place for her vacation: Morocco, where there are apparently kidnapers on every street corner. Her baby is stolen while she's on the beach, and she suddenly turns into Wonder Woman, leaping off of buildings, eluding the cops, and knocking our 4-5 armed people at a time with martial arts moves. Turns out she's some kind of U.S. special ops agent. If it sounds to you like a lame female version of "Taken", you would be right. If it sounds ridiculous to you, you would also be right. If it sounds to you like it might suck......You're right again! Now, you don't have to waste your time watching it! Two stars because the writers threw in some twists and turns, but they're not enough to salvage this mess.
If you are ready to send your mind on a holiday and then watch this movie, you will find it quite a gripping tale. It is set in an Arabic ghetto, where an infant gets kidnapped by an international baby trafficking mafia. How the mother persists against severe odds to recover her child is an edge of the seat, thrill a minute action packed adventure. Acting, direction, editing and photography are excellent. On the flip side, some gaping holes in the story 1) choice of vacation spot and choice of hotel 2) a senior us politician can raise campaign funds from within us criminals rather than depend on Middle Eastern criminals.

- TriviaIt's set in Morocco but all the car number plates are Spanish
- GoofsThe story suggests she is an agent in one of the security agencies (bureau). Then she gives the licence plate of the car she's chasing using 'Zebra Mother Delta' struggling to make up the words for the letters. If she is an agent it would be natural for her to use the military phonetic alphabet. She would not have trouble spelling that 'Zulu Mike Delta'.
