Pretty good!

It's not as good as it was in 2019. It's been so long that the voices feel wildly off to me and there are some pretty noticeable animation errors throughout the season.

HOWEVER, I laughed repreatedly like I used to, the animation is still rlly good in most areas, it's a pretty fun time!

Wouldn't recommend if you're JUST getting into Gumball, but I would recommend it if you liked Amazing World of Gumball.

It's alright

I laughed, I had fun. Not as much as fun as TAWOG but still good fun. Can not wait to see where this series goes next, but I do hope some things improve...

Some jokes didn't land either due to the delivery or the joke itself, and some episodes were very uncomfortable like The Distance.

I can only hope things improve from here.

Honestly, at first I was scared, especially at the episode, but then I remembered the nostalgia that this cartoon provokes in me, it's like a return to childhood, I never lost hope that there would be a sequel, thank you Ben Boquelet for this banger and thank you to the animators who did an incredible job, it's the best animation I've ever seen in my life.

FYI: some of these reviews are complaining about the AI voice narrator, that's because you're watching it pirated, and the person who recorded it left it on, it's not actually part of the show.

Other than that, apart from some of the main cast, the voices are pretty much the same; some characters sound like they're speaking through a filter. The animation and facial expressions just don't work. The songs and jokes don't land either, a clear downgrade from The Amazing World of Gumball. The first few episodes are weaker, but it gets better.

It's not bad, but it had big shoes to fill; it's kind of unfair to compare it to the masterpiece that is TAWOG.

Peak is back.

Voices took like 2 minutes to get used to, but then I loved it! (except for episode 5) The animation is very impressive, the voice acting is very good, though a couple of episodes feel a little rushed. But aside from those things, this show is so peak, for me it feels like the older seasons but with a higher budget. Peak is back.

In the teaser, when Gumball asks how late they are for school, Darwin says, "About seven years." This is a reference to how long the show has been left untouched, which was about seven years. Season six was finished in 2019.
