The Lexi Cinema in London was named after Alix as her nickname is "Lexi" and her mother is the founder of this highly unique, independent, boutique, social enterprise cinema. Their profits go to a charity called The Sustainability Institute in Lynedoch, South Africa, as well as providing many community projects for the local London area. Alix sits on the board of The Lexi Cinema and helps with its' fundraising, governance and many charitable initiatives for the local community and it's wider work in South Africa.
