Drowning in Sunshine

Acting mostly bad.

Many scenes are animated and at first you might think they ran out of money so used animation to finish missing scenes. By the end you will be thinking it was supposed to be animated and they ran out of money so got some friends to live act the remaining scenes.

As I write this I notice only one episode is listed here though all 7 on Amazon. I would assume unlike most I made it through all 7. Mainly to see how they explained Lucky getting to the UK but they never do. Generally I'd give anything I made it all the way through at least 5 stars but the ending was so bad. Again it appears they had planned more episodes but about 3/4 through the 7th they just decided to end it quick.

This is one of those stories that you just have to keep watching. Like some great sci fi reads, there is lots of confusion, but it all comes around. The characters are unlikely and strange, but it really does culminate touchingly if you can just enjoy the weirdness, suspending your disbelief until it is over and you want more.
