As an independent filmmaker, I welcome all feedback, positive and critical. That said, I encourage thoughtful discussion about story, performance, or direction. Dismissing a project as 'high school work' or reducing it to absurdity without context isn't critique-it's commentary without compassion. This film was made with purpose, under real constraints, by a team committed to storytelling. If it wasn't your taste, I respect that. Please do not waste your time with this movie. Bad acting and cinematography aside, because honestly, I can work with that, there are so many plot holes, sequencing issues, and unanswered questions at the end of this movie that are unforgivable. And the ending??? What??? I am so confused. I have questions about why the director chose to continually time jump. So much so that I was left wondering where am I and when did this happen? It was unnecessary when keeping it in sequence would have been fine. And I know there are certain horror movie tropes that must be there (fall on the ground when running anyone?), but seriously? You run past two houses when you're looking for help? They're RIGHT THERE! Just no. I cannot support absurdity. Please don't do this to yourself. There are so many other bad movies out there that will at least make sense. Don't waste your time on this one that will leave you wondering what high schooler got their movie on Tubi. With all due respect.
