    • Her

      2. Her

      TV Mini Series
Zuri, a successful woman in her mid-30s, appears to have an enviable life, but beneath the surface, she wrestles with deep-seated fears and self-doubt. When her best friend, Kiomi, gifts her an ornate antique mirror, Zuri is immediately drawn to its eerie beauty. However, as soon as she brings it into her home, strange occurrences begin to unfold. She wakes up with unexplained bruises, experiences disturbing nightmares, and notices her reflection behaving in unsettling ways. As the mirror's influence grows, Zuri's grip on reality weakens. Shadows lurk at the edges of her vision, and a sinister presence tied to the mirror begins to take form. Her friends dismiss her fears, attributing them to stress, leaving her increasingly isolated. Even Kiomi, sensing something is wrong, struggles to understand the depth of Zuri's terror. When Officer Davis, a rational but empathetic cop, becomes involved after a disturbing incident, he too finds himself drawn into the chilling mystery. As Zuri's paranoia spirals, the supernatural forces at play become undeniable. In a harrowing climax, fear and confusion lead to a tragic accident-Officer Davis fatally shoots Zuri. Her death seems to mark the end of the nightmare, but the mirror's dark power lingers. Weeks later, Kiomi returns to Zuri's now-empty home, still haunted by grief and unanswered questions. Drawn to the mirror in an almost trance-like state, she finds herself staring at her reflection-only to sense something deeply wrong. As the story ends, the mirror's chilling inscription, "I am what you see," leaves an ominous hint that the cycle is far from over.
