Ralph Fiennes and Alfie Williams reprise their roles as Dr. Kelson (Fiennes) finds himself in a shocking new relationship, with consequences that could change the world as they know it. Meanwhil, Spike's (Williams) encounter with Jimmy Crystal (Jack O'Connell) becomes a nightmare he can't escape. Directed by Nia DaCosta (2021's 'Candyman,' 'The Marvels,' and 'Little Woods') and written by Alex Garland ('28 Days Later,' 'Ex Machina'), '28 Years Later: The Bone Temple' is slated to premiere in theaters on Jan. 16, 2026.
