What a beautiful film. From start to finish, it's visually stunning and emotional. The colours and cinematography are breathtaking and there was clearly a lot of thought put into every shot to really complement the story's mood.
The music also deserves a moment. It wraps around the story perfectly without ever overpowering the narrative. Every high and low Max felt throughout his journey was enhanced and supported by the music.
About Max's journey, it's emotional and layered, and he really manages to pull you with him into his search for his truth. All of the characters pulled their weight and had a specific impact on the story.
This movie is heartfelt, beautifully shot, and definitely one to watch.

First of all, I want to congratulate the entire team because what you've created is absolutely beautiful, powerful, and touching. The subject of identity is so universal and resonates with so many people, making it a story that feels deeply personal yet incredibly relatable.
I loved everything about the movie and felt truly connected to the characters. The actors' performances were deeply impressive and brought an extra layer of authenticity and emotion to the experience. It was clear how much care and thought went into each role, and it made the film even more compelling.
The cinematography and music were also absolutely stunning, perfectly complementing the emotional depth of the story. The visuals and soundscapes made each scene come alive, helping to tell the story in such a profound way.
The film explores the theme of finding ourselves in a world full of uncertainty, and it does so beautifully. It's a heartfelt journey of hope, strength, and trust-reminding us that it's okay to not be okay, but it's also okay to find moments of peace and happiness along the way.
Chasing Light is unlike any other film, and I'm sure it will stay with me for a long time. Congratulations once again to the entire team for creating something truly remarkable.

This is by far the worst movie I've ever seen.
All of these fake 10 ratings.. smh Wouldn't wish my worst enemy to sit through this mess. It's painful, boring, and honestly insulting to anyone with taste. The people posting 10/10 reviews clearly had a hand in making it or know someone who did-because there's just no way anyone with an honest opinion could enjoy this. Stop pretending it's decent. You're just tricking people into wasting their time. We didn't work on it, so we're not biased-and that's why we can all agree: this was a terrible, terrible film that should've never made it past the script stage.

Incredibly stupid movie. I don't understand those who are still delighted with the movie. Cheap acting, direction, dialogues, story, everything is poorly thought out and cheaply done, including the mom's wig at the end, which is the cheapest haha. Ok, luckily it only lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't know what else to say here because this is too much for this kind of stupid movie, and this is the first review I gave because it annoyed me that I can no longer trust these comments here. Something is wrong with cinematography, it's getting worse, people are losing the concept of what a good film and story is, and it's probably a consequence of the fact that good quality films are no longer being made.
An absolutely painful movie to sit through, even at 75 minutes. The actors are all ineffectual and the story leaves no impression. Is this supposed to be suspenseful, thrilling, a drama, or a faith-based movie? I ended up laughing at a lot of the dialogue, so I must have missed what the aim was.
Normally I would beef up my review with suggestions on how a bad movie can be improved. I think the entire project should have been scrapped.
A 13 year old kid suffers a fall and loses his memory, and the consciousness of a murder victim ends up inhabiting his body. That sounds interesting on paper, but what's dumb is that the kid's personality doesn't change at all. He conducts himself as a confused kid the entire movie, instead of transitioning into a drug fiend.
