Like the previous reviewer said, westerns are not really my go-to genre, and neither is horror, but the mash-up of these two is done well here, and the film has more depth and character exploration than typical Westerns and horrors.
At the core, this film is ultimately about the main character, Joe, as we follow and witness his subtle yet powerfully impactful transformation throughout the film. Cannibals, monsters, friends, and foes are just along for the ride, and there are plenty of action and shoot-out sequences to keep you entertained.
The film has some stellar cinematography, a killer soundtrack, and wonderful performances.

Wow, this movie was absolutely wild! I don't usually go for Western horror-it's not really my thing-but this one completely pulled me in and made me rethink the genre. It has everything you could want in a horror film: brutal body gore, a terrifying monster, cannibals, and that classic Western feel, but with a much darker twist. The storyline was gripping from start to finish, delivering all the tension, dread, and shock value you expect from a solid horror movie.
On top of that, the performances were phenomenal! I was especially blown away by the actor who played Joe and the actress who played Willow-they brought so much depth and intensity to their roles. This movie was genuinely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to any horror fanatic looking for something fresh, eerie, and unforgettable!

With this movie, it seems they couldn't decide what they wanted to make: a Western, a horror movie, or something psychological.
In any case, the result was something that was a complete flop for me.
The opening sequence is interesting, but it only raises questions and offers no answers as to what actually happened.
After that, there's something that was probably only accomplished with a bunch of untalented amateur actors (when I see someone jumping out of cover and shooting high into the air, hitting someone...OMG). It all looked like a pathetic version of The Wild Bunch.
I can't recommend watching it, either.

This is a Fantastic Horror Western Film with an Excellent Cast, with some who I know. The Cinematography was terrific with very good scenic surroundings. Audio was great with very good sounds, especially of the creature. Makeup was very believable and I applaud the Makeup Artist for doing such an outstanding job with her skills.
One of my favorite scenes in the beginning was the bank robbery. Fine acting by the whole Cast. The main characters were very into their dialogue and their roles.
Overall in my opinion, this was one of the best Wesrern Films I have seen comparing it to Bone Tomahaw. I recommend watching. A shoutout to the Director, Cast, Crew and all involved making a terrific film!

A great film that combines old time Western action with modern Horror! This film has it all as they did a great job of creating this new exciting blend of ideas into an entertaining film! Definitely worth the watch!!!! The actors were awesome and I love how this local Arizona film really picks up that old time Western feel!
