Your Garden Made Perfect

Designs are gimmicky and mostly impractical, a bit drawn out, not a patch on its sister show: Your Home Made Perfect, would be better if it was 30 mins and how about showing us some of these gardens in the rain? One couple spent 20 grand and they didn't even get a covered area to sit out in the rain. I also laughed when the designer said she didn't want to distract from the lovely view and her design had all these ugly pipes and upright posts everywhere, like that isn't distracting!

Great program, love seeing the garden concepts they come up with but the host is over dramatic, I feel like she's trying to make me watch a thriller when I watching a garden makeover...almost to the extent my blood pressure goes up and I'm only in my 30's. She's a great host but she needs to chill out and ground

Most complaints I've seen are about not having the money to do this kind of designs. I think the concept of the show is very interesting and it even has a "low cost" section. I think the show is pretty good to take your mind off your problems and just imagining what we could do to our own gardens. It does not want to be a budget show nor does it pretend to be. I think in its essence does exactly what I want from it, which is to see very good garden designers talk and show their ideas. I don't care if I don't have the money needed, I just want to see beautiful things and take my mind off work.

I don't know who this slightly odd show us aimed at. Certainly most people with a flat,rectangular space and a lot if money would be able to do something to improve it themselves while the transformations are ugly,difficult to maintain and expensive.add to that a slightly condescending tone and you seem to have an odd mash up of grand designs and changing rooms. Time better spent watching gardeners world.

What a waste of money for the sub-standard makeovers.
