This by far the worse film ive seen in 2020 .... even the lockdown was more interesting than this waste of space
The Exigency is honestly probably one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Whilst the graphics are less than stellar on their own, the cinematography, writing, pacing, etc. range from above average to excellent. I was never bored during this movie, despite it being two hours long. Cody Vibbart has a talent for this and his passion, as well as that of everyone else working on this project, is clearly shown. If given a bigger budget, a team of animators working on a more modern animation software and a little polish it would easily hold mass-market appeal.
The comedy is funny, the cinematography is creative and adds to the scenes tremendously and the writing is unique. This movie comes highly recommended if you have amazon prime. Only reason I've rated this 8/10 is the admittedly pretty trash graphics (through no fault of anyone working on the project, its done well with what they have) and a few minor awkward scenes, but otherwise its a damn good movie.

I came looking for copper and instead I found gold. Not only is this movie well written, but it's also ahead of it's time. Technically the movie was written and voice acted 11 years ago, so I'd say that if this were released around that time it would have been more of a hit. The only aspect it lacks is visual appeal, but I don't see that as a problem
This movie is a masterpiece. From what I know, Cody Vibbart made this full-length feature film on his home computer over the span of 13 years. This is completely mind-blowing. The graphics do look like a video game from the early 2000's, which most people would probably say ruins any asthetic whatsoever, but I think he made it work to his advantage. There are several moments in the film that could not have happened if it were produced in any other medium. Once you get used to the quirky graphics, the entire production is actually pretty great, and it is nothing short of being expertly crafted. When you watch the preview, you might be thinking, "wow, this looks like garbage"; but I promise that if you force yourself to watch the first 12 minutes, you'll need to see the rest of it. Especially considering this is 13 years of someone's life, this guy deserves some recognition. Mad respect. The least you could do is just watch the movie. Now I do have to say that this is pg-13, so I wouldn't watch this for family movie night; but if you are an independent film enthusiast, or are just kinda bored out of your mind, this is the film for you. So, in conclusion, this is 13 years of someone's life dedicated to making a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that definitely deserves some recognition.
While the animation seems off-putting at first, once you get past it you find a well developed storyline with true character development, humor, and serious plot.
It gets better to watch as the film progresses.
While free on prime, I went and bought it to support the creator, it was that good. I can't wait for the second one!
