As a long time fan of the DC comic book representation of the Joker the short movie 'Jokers Wild' was a delightful treat. David Howard Thornton is hilarious in a role that he was born to play, the cinematography is beautifully done and Joel LeBlanc's performance as the tormented Jason Todd is extremely powerful. Some moments will leave you unable to look away from the fantastic performance of both actors. We NEED TO SEE DAVID JOKER AGAIN! David's performance as the clown prince of crime isn't something that the DCU has presented in film yet, but if you love the iconic Mark Hamill Joker from Batman The Animated Series then you'll definitely be enamoured with David's portrayal as the Joker.
D. Thorton did an amazing performance with a JOKER that absolutely stunning, I do enjoy batman but Joker & Penguin are the top two villians that I personally believe they're not villians to me, they're the antagonist of goods. The runtime is extremely short like 12 minutes without credits and a extra 56 seconds with the credits, the credits is more like thanking the cast and crew production team to help make this short without dealing with a full length feature film which was a good idea to be a short film. At the end of the short Batman showed up without seeing his face, Robin did not recognize who he was. So yeah, Jokers wild was a 9.8/10.
The Joker is a comic villain who has been portrayed countless times in live action, often falling short from the comic source material from which he originates. However, in Jokers Wild, he is brought to life in a manner that makes him the disturbing, giggling monster DC fans know him as. Portrayed brilliantly by David Howard Thornton (best known as Art the Clown), this version of The Joker is in the process of brutally torturing Jason Todd, cackling sinisterly as he rips the poor Robin apart. The short also brings a taste of what a gritty, dark, and brutal DC live action universe would look like in comparison to the light hearted and comedic super hero films we have grown used to, and how much more interesting such a universe would be. All in all, Jokers Wild is a beautifully grotesque fan film that is 13 minutes of poor enjoyment for die hard DC fans.

Truly fascinating work, one of my favorite Jokers in media so far.
Acting? Amazing!! I'll l be honest, I didn't know anyone other than David Howard Thornton and he was the main reason I wanted to watch this, (that and i am a DC Batman fan to my core), and i was so pleased with the other actors and their choices to their characters.
The use of light and shadow was so grate and fun, even though they didn't show much i feel like that is exactly the point to make you feel kind of claustrophobic to make everything more intense and Oh how it works.
This is so far one of my favorite projects of the year, and i hope it will make people care more about the "fan projects"and the different ideas and visions of beloved characters, even though this one is a villain.

A short film put together to showcase the acting skills of two great individuals, combines a supervillain ( Joker) and superhero (Robin). A mixture of suspense, horror and dark comedy makes this short film artistic and creative in many ways. The makeup is a creative take on the Joker utilizing prosthetics to achieve the look. I thought the film had a good amount of suspense mixed with dark comedy and the performance of both main actors was wonderful. The actors really got into their characters and told the short story very well!
All in all job well done to everyone involved in making this film.
