Getting' It was by far the worst movie I've ever seen. I literally had to force myself to watch the whole movie because I had spent money renting it. The acting was god awful, the storyline made little sense, and half of the time I was watching it I had no clue what was going on. The only times that I laughed during this movie was when the person next to me farted, I'm not even kidding. I recommend that nobody rents/buys this movie, it isn't even worth stealing it. This is the first time I've ever actually considered killing myself while watching a movie. I wasted 2 hours of my life watching this piece of garbage, and I have to live with that for the rest of my life. I seriously cannot believe anyone could possibly make a movie this bad, and even more surprised that someone actually picked it up for production. F*ck this movie.

This is a bad movie. And I don't mean "good" bad. It's boring, awkward, and makes no sense.
Getting' It tries to be a teen comedy like American Pie, and it does feature teenagers having sex, but other than that it fails in every single way. It walks that line between amateurism and professionalism in a way that's just painful to watch. The entire budget of this movie was blown on renting a Ferrari, and perhaps on the opening scene, which has no connection to the rest of the movie whatsoever.
After that the plot makes no sense and doesn't seem to go anywhere, the camera-work and lighting are just plain bad. The dialogue and directing are so lousy I'm not sure if I can even blame the actors. I didn't laugh once. The "sex" scenes are incredibly awkward and pointless.
This movie has the quality of a porno, but without the good stuff. Everyone involved deserves to be ridiculed for it.

Well it seem i will be the first positive review of the huge 9 reviews number. Well let me tell you this, the reviews are misleading and exactly why i do not take IMDb's score and reviews for truth. This movie is fairly enjoyable.
Sure the story is not "realistic", but do you enjoy watching big robots fight on screen or aliens invading Earth? Then it shouldn't be a problem. Its a movie, its for entertainment. This is one of those movie that is good if your drunk, literally speaking as well as figuratively if you follow Jeremy Jhans.
No its nothing spectacular, and it will not be a cult classic for me, but i did found myself enjoyed trough it and never checked my watch or anything. I tough it was a fairly decent juvenile comedy.
I didn't had one like this for a while and for that i am glad. Sometimes IMDb reviews are spot on, other times there totally not...

Gettin' In is a 2006 released comedy seemingly with inspirations of the American Pie franchise. For starters, the camera work and overall visuals is very amateurish, along with most of the acting. The comedy isn't funny and the plot is quite ridiculous. There are some watchable scenes but everything is either too over the top or predicatble. It is raunchy to an extent with a couple of those scemes.
The plotline is quite silly and awkward, but its one of those mindless comedies. It isn't the worst comedy but nothing special. Otherwise a very forgettable film.

If this is displayed along with the flowering words I just read, I'd like to compliment the writer as having more professionalism in the writing of the review than was contained in any 5 minutes of this movie.
I truly assume that the writer was an agent or some producer of the movie and is using IMDb to get anyone to view the film. Bad acting, choppy scene changes, and a few pointless actress barings abound.
Guidelines state that this review must be ten lines long, but I fear giving this video any more publicity.
I gave it a vote of 2 only because the Ferrari was clean.
Thank you.
