I've already seen this story!

Dorothy Meets Ozma of Oz (1987) was a first time watch for me and it is the same story as Return to Oz (1985), then again both movies are based from the same novel.

Positives for Dorothy Meets Ozma of Oz (1987): For a direct-to-video release, the animation looks pretty good in this short film. The short film gets to the point in a nice way. And finally, this is something that kids can watch anytime and they will have a lot of fun.

Negatives for Dorothy Meets Ozma of Oz (1987): We've already seen this story adapted with Return to Oz (1985) two years ago, so what is the purpose of doing another film adaptation of this story again. The tone of this short film doesn't match the story that's being told especially compared to Return to Oz (1985).
