I would vote this movie lower but I think that's what Dylan Walsh character would have wanted. He has alot of generic parts with some really poor dialogue exchanges. I can't help feel that some of the actors where just picked off the street it's very poor. The plot is completely unfounded although the effect are okay. Dylan Walsh's character is the only thing stopping me giving this a lower score because its an complete oddity. It seems to jarr against the movie and for some reason he is the most entertaining thing by far. His character has a terriable clichéd back story and his behaviour is so odd. The rest of the film takes it self semi seriously while he just seems to be having a blast. I have to give the movie credit for this because its completely original in the regard. Everything else about the movie is pretty pants to be fair.
... be very afraid. For what reasons you ask? Well that will be entirely up to you. Chances are the reasons will be the wrong ones - a majority of people who've watched this agree, that it's not really good. But that is not my reason for voting so low. It's because I watched it and unfortunately it really did not hold up to the title or a certain B-movie standard.
It does try very hard and I'll give it a fair point for trying. But in the end all the effort almost goes to waste. The jokes do not work as well as the movie intends, the special effects are ok for the budget this had. If that is enough of course for your taste. It's really a shame, because a lot of things might have worked better under different circumstances. But if you're only out for "blood" (interested in many watching many different kills), you may get something out of this

Nothing new here. Still, it does have enough random elements that I enjoyed watching it overall. Drug addict director is given second chance with a fright fest. And of course a bus transporting the criminally insane just happens to crash near by the abandoned asylum that is housing the fright fest. Go Figure! I wish there was a bit more to the ending rather than just "It ends." Production quality is low in some areas (i.e. Did they simply ask people to walk through the fright fest and "act scared"?), but oddly enough I enjoyed the actors and some of the main characters enough to enjoy watching this film. But, if you don't enjoy basic slasher films without much plot or character development, this isn't for you.
Where to start?
Thankfully it's only 87 minutes long. Any longer would have been cruel and unusual punishment, and I haven't done anything wrong!
The script is bad. The music is bad. The direction is non-existent. The special effects and makeup are awful. There is no acting ability on display whatsoever.
Avoid at all costs and find something better to do with your 87 minutes.

I've never felt compelled to write a review until this. Everything, editing; story; music; acting; and production are awful! I'd be embarrassed to put this out as a media studies project. Seriously, the worst film I've seen in memory.
