Operatives Dima, Oleg and Sasha continue to make their video channel on the work of policemen on the Internet, and it suddenly becomes popular.

Yakovlev and Grisha are instructed to find the legendary robber Kolya-Keglya, this time he stole 1,000,000,000 rubles from the bank. At stake is the next rank: if the robber is found by Grisha's subordinates, he will get promotion; if someone else, the promotion go to Yakovlev.
