Leo Fong nasceu o 23 de novembro de 1928 em China. Era ator e autor e foi conhecido pelo seu trabalho em Runaway Killer, Showdown (1993) e Low Blow (1986). Morreu o 18 de fevereiro de 2022 nos EUA.
Contributed to the book Gods in Polyester, or, a Survivors' Account of 70s Cinema Obscura (Succubus Press/2004), which features his thoughts on the making of Murder in the Orient, Bamboo Trap, Enforcer from Death Row, Last Reunion and Blind Rage.
