In a new interview, the Ferris Bueller’s Day Off opened up about why he never guest-starred in Parker’s show.

And Just Like That... isn't finished shaking up its Season 3 cast. The Sex and the City sequel series has added three new recurring cast members while promoting two other actors to series regulars.

According to TVLine, And Just Like That... Season 2 cast members Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells who respectively portray Giuseppe and Joy have been promoted to series regulars ahead of Season 3. Additionally, Mehcad Brooks (Supergirl), Jonathan Cake (The Affair), and Logan Marshall-Green (Spider-Man: Homecoming) have joined the comedy-drama series as undisclosed recurring characters. The casting update comes roughly two months after it was announced that Rosie O'Donnell would be joining the cast for Season 3 as "Mary."

“And Just Like That” has added Logan Marshall-Green, Mehcad Brooks and Jonathan Cake to its Season 3 cast as recurring guest stars.

Additionally, Season 2 recurring guest stars Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells have been upped to series regulars.

Pigazzi plays Giuseppe, who dates Anthony (Mario Cantone), while Wells plays Joy, a colleague of Miranda (Cynthia Nixon). Character details for Marshall-Green, Brooks and Cake are not yet known.

Marshall-Green is best known for films including 2018’s “Upgrade” and 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” On TV, he’s appeared in “When They See Us,” “The O.C.” and “Damnation,” most recently starring in “Big Sky.” He is repped by 3 Arts Entertainment, CAA and Goodman, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher.

Brooks has played detective Jalen Shaw in “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “Law & Order: Organized Crime.” His other credits include “Mortal Kombat” and “Mortal Kombat 2” as well as “Desperate Housewives” and “Necessary Roughness.

Max’s And Just Like That… is shaping its third season with three new cast additions and two promotions as production continues in New York City.

Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells are getting bumped up to series regulars. They will return as Giuseppe, Anthony’s (Mario Cantone) new love interest in Season 2 and Joy, a possible new love interest for Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) who loves greyhounds more than children, respectively.

Additionally, John Corbett has been spotted on set following the latest heartbreaking break between his Aidan Shaw and Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker). Are they going to try to make their relationship work even though Aidan’s underage sons still need him? I mean, she bought that massive house to fill with family and love.

Michael Patrick King, the showrunner for the beloved “Sex and the City” revival, confessed on “The Writers Room” podcast that the “amazing” moment when “Samantha kisses the phone” after saying goodbye to Carrie [Sarah Jessica Parker] was “not in the script.

After 11 episodes, a rekindled romance and a highly anticipated cameo, “And Just Like That” Season 2 came to an end Thursday on Max.

Developed by Michael Patrick King, the Max original takes place 11 years after the “Sex and the City 2” movie. Instead of following four friends in their 30s, the spinoff follows three of the main friends in their 50s as they navigate friendship, careers, new romances and the complicated rules of dating later in life.

Kim Cattrall confirmed that she will reprise her role of Samantha Jones in an on-camera cameo. Her character communicated with Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) via text message throughout the first season, including Mr. Big’s funeral and the Paris finale.

A slim and trim John Corbett will return as Carrie’s former fiance Aidan Shaw as she moves on from the death of her husband.

“Sex and the City” fans will also be thrilled that Candice Bergen will reprise her role as Carrie’s former editor Enid Frick. Julie Halston will also be back as socialite Bitsy Von Muffling, who is as delightful as her name.

Of course, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon are back as Charlotte York Goldenblatt and Miranda Hobbes, Carrie’s longtime BFFs.
