Richard Moll, the actor best known for portraying bailiff Aristotle Nostradamus "Bull" Shannon in Night Court, has died. He was 80. Moll passed away on Thursday, October 26, in his home in Big Bear Lake, California. In a statement to Fox News Digital, a representative shared:

One that may have gone under the radar with audiences is the method by which Giselle becomes more and more of a villain.

Giselle begins to take on the traits of a stereotypical fairy-tale stepmother every time she hears the bells chime from the town clock tower. The main character who acts kind transitioning into a villain due to chimes from a clock tower is a Disenchanted Easter egg because the same thing happens to Cruella in 102 Dalmatians, the sequel to the live-action adaption of 101 Dalmatians. In 102 Dalmatians, Cruella has gone through a new therapy that “cured” her of her villainous impulses.

Dwayne Haskins, who signed as a quarterback to the Pittsburgh Steelers, died early Saturday morning after being struck by a vehicle on a South Florida highway. He was 24 years old.

Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Lt. Indiana Miranda confirmed the accident on westbound Interstate 595 to ESPN. Haskins was pronounced dead at the scene. There are currently no details available as to why the football player was on the highway at the time.

The Pittsburgh Steelers organization offered a statement on Haskins’ death from head coach Mike Tomlin on Saturday morning.

“I am devastated and at a loss for words with the unfortunate passing of Dwayne Haskins,” Tomlin’s statement reads. “He quickly became part of our Steelers family upon his arrival in Pittsburgh and was one of our hardest works, both on the field and in our community. Dwayne was a great teammate, but even more so a tremendous friend to so many.

Colin Kaepernick is back. Not quite in the NFL, but the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback turned activist has returned to Madden for the first time in four years.

Referring to Kaepernick as “one of the top free agents in football and a starting-caliber quarterback,” EA Sports announced his arrival in Madden NFL 21, the officially licensed NFL game, on social media. The quarterback’s 2016 decision to kneel during pregame performances of the national anthem, in protest of racial injustice in the United States, effectively blackballed him from the league.

According to The Undefeated, EA Sports attributes his absence from past editions of Madden to a loss of his likeness rights in the NFL Players Association’s licensing agreement with the game’s publisher, due to the fact that he had become a free agent. The Undefeated reported that EA Sports reached out to Kaepernick during the summer about negotiating likeness rights with him separately.

The Cincinnati Bengals must be licking their wounds today after the hard metal savaging they experiencing at the hands of the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football.

Certainly, two winless teams squaring off on ESPN lhad a drama of its own. Though to be fair, by the start of the second half it was pretty obvious Pittsburgh was going to be the one to break a losing streak.

Antonio Brown is burning his National Football League bridges. The Pro Bowl receiver sent out a series of tweets today saying he won’t play anymore in the NFL, targeting New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The source of Brown’s ire appears to be the bonus money he won’t collect from the Oakland Raiders and Patriots. He was scheduled to get $29.125 million in guaranteed money from Raiders and $9 million from the Patriots, with $5 million of the latter due on Monday. ESPN, citing sources, said both have been rescinded.

The troubled Brown faces legal troubles from a civil lawsuit by former trainer Britney Taylor, who has accused him of rape and sexual assault. He also was accused of sexual misconduct by another woman in a Sports Illustrated story earlier this week. He has been on three teams in the last year, being traded...

Several prominent National Football League quarterbacks have gone down from injury and illness in the first two weeks of the season. But still, no one has called on former 49er Colin Kaepernick.

Despite his agents contacting such teams as the Pittsburgh Steelers, New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts and New York Jets, all of whom had their star quarterbacks either go down or retire, no teams appear interested in the controversial Kaepernick.

He is known as the first player to take a knee during the National Anthem, allegedly in protest of police treatment of suspects and road stops on minorities. He has played up that rebel image in a series of Nike ads and filed a lawsuit against the NFL alleging collusion in that he was denied an opportunity to play again, eventually settling out of court. Kaepernick hasn’t played since the end of the 2016 season, when he opted for free agency.

Last night, Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Flacons held off Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles in an interception-filled affair on “Sunday Night Football.”

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the stop-start nature of the game, it didn’t perform quite as strongly in the early Nielsen ratings as last week’s “Snf” opener between the New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Eagles-Falcons game NBC was easily the night’s top primetime show with a 12.2 rating and 22 share in metered-market households. However, that represents roughly an 18% dip on 14.8 rating posted by the lopsided showdown between Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger last Sunday. Last night’s game was also down 12% from the second “Snf” outing of last season, which saw the Dallas Cowboys emerge victorious over the New York Jets. The total viewership for last night’s game will be available later today.

After a season opener which posted a three-year high on Thursday night, ratings for heavyweight Sunday night clash between the New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers were down a little.

The lopsided “Sunday Night Football” encounter, which saw Tom Brady emerge victorious over Ben Roethlisberger by a record 30-point margin (33-3), scored a 14.8 rating and a 26 share in the overnight metered-market ratings on NBC, down 3% on the 15.3 figure posted by the offensive snooze fest between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears. The game was watched by a total audience of 22.2 million viewers on TV, which bumped slightly to 22.7 million with streaming taken into account.

However, last night’s Tom Brady masterclass was up 3% on the “Sunday Night Football” opener between the Bears and Packers from 2018.

Update: Antonio Brown was only unemployed for a few hours. The wide receiver has signed a one-year deal with the New England Patriots, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, who spoke to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Brown reportedly will get a deal worth up to $15 million, Rosenhaus said, with a $9 million signing bonus, $10 million guaranteed, and $5 million in incentives.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns honored the 11 people that were gunned down by a domestic terrorist Saturday morning at the Tree of Life Synagogue with a moment of silence during their game Sunday.

The game aired on CBS and took place in Pittsburgh at Heinz Field. After a 33-18 win, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger paid tribute to the team’s former community relations manager Michele Rosenthal, whose brothers Cecil and David Rosenthal were among the fatalities.

The NFL offseason is coming to a close and the Cleveland Browns had a humorous way of letting their fans know that football is nearing its return, filming an mock version of “The Office’s” intro.

The parody video included new Browns players such as Tyrod Taylor, Jarvis Landry and rookie Austin Corbett (who is having some trouble carrying everyone’s coffee order). The video also saw returning players Myles Garrett, Britton Colquitt, David Njoku, Joel Bitonio, Christian Kirksey, Emmanuel Ogbah, Joe Schobert and Duke Johnson.

The one-minute video included Garrett shredding a picture of rival Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, which the rest of the team quickly noticed.

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva says he didn’t intentionally choose to stand alone during the national anthem in Chicago.

Villanueva, a former Army Ranger, said in a press conference Monday that he felt “embarrassed” for the attention his mistake garnered.

“Unfortunately, I threw my teammates under the bus, unintentionally,” he said. “Every single time I see that picture of me, standing by myself, I feel embarrassed.”

Villanueva was the only Steelers player who stood outside the tunnel before their game Sunday against the Chicago Bears.The rest of his team chose not to take the field as part of the widespread NFL protest.
