In an editorial office the staff write about murders and other crimes. A video tape arrives one day. It features a man who calls himself 'a bad person' who claims he has raped 107 women over ten years. The video also depicts a rape. Given a suggested location on video, the staff opt to interview the man and the editor and a writer are dispatched.

An amnesiac finds himself in a police uniform. He discovers that, when he has an erection, he can see on people's forehead the number of people each person has had sex with - 0 on his own, 0.5 on a woman, 13 on a small child etc.

The film takes on teenage love and sex life. It is a part of a series of films covering the sexual lives of teenagers. A man thinks he is an actor. He has a part-time job and likes a cute girl at work. He grabs the chance to have sex with her. Premature ejaculation hits, however, as he is taking off his pants. Angry at what has occurred, he decides to train in order for this not to reoccur. He shares an apartment with a friend. The flat-mate is going to help him with his training.
