This is atory of a confused immature woman who has mistaken lust for love. Her incoherent blog is laughable and the only smart move she made, was to rebuff the advances of Mario who was a sleazy little worm that tried to use his help as a means to get laid.
Other than that, just another story of a loose woman hopping from bed to bed writing a stupid blog. And the over exaggerated sex scenes are to pad the run time and keep low IQ males in the theater. Not much more to this movie otherwise, so I can't see this getting a score higher than a 4 out of 10 and that's stretching it. Good enough for a one and done and that's about it.

Praising Leandra Leal's talent is stating the obvious, genetic, it's in her DNA, inherent, she exudes splendid and intense, yet delicate performances. Juliano Cazzaré, on the other hand, if he weren't a minion, would be equally splendid, handsome and talented (as well as gifted, as we saw in Boi Neon). Based on the book Máquina de Pinball, by Clarah Averbuck (I was super interested in the work), a latent script, raw, naked (sometimes literal), realistic and painful scenes, poignant pain, the cockroach scene with a stupendous analogy... A nostalgic one for the 2001s, dial-up internet, a very retro look, delightfully nostalgic... Loneliness and fears...
The story of Camila, a young woman committed to becoming a writer. Her life is her narrative. Camila is intense, courageous and wants her literature as an act of revelation. It's a film about Camila's passion and her effort to support it. About a female character who faces abysses and draws from them the strength she needs to exist.

This is a movie unlike most movies I've seen. It portrays a kind of character that you don't see much in Brazilian films - a deeply anguished young middle class woman, with writing aspirations and a desire for intensity. You don't know exactly why she's so miserable and where her anguish comes from, but you feel it deeply with her. She's trying to find meaning for her meaningless life, and she searches everywhere she can, even if she might get hurt. When she does get hurt, she aches but goes on to the next try. I guess she's one of those people that prefer to be in pain than to feel nothing at all. Ultimately, it's the writing that helps her keep going by turning the despair into something beautiful.
It's a great movie, well constructed, with a very strong lead character and an interesting plot, but the overwhelming factor really comes from the actress, Leandra Leal. She is fearless, brave enough to bare her soul and her body for this performance. I'd say it's a great film for anyone that is acquainted with their own dark places.
