Hi there! It's great you'e enjoying the cookbook: over here we have a sadly small selection of chillies (which are my all-time favourite ingredient), so I guess you can just choose whichever you have available depending on how hot you'd like it to be

Thank you for being my friend. I see that you are from Barnsley, well, I'm from Morecambe. So, we're not too far from one another. I hope you had a great Christmas and a even better new year. Last year I published my first novel The Pocket Watch Killer. Hopefully one day you'll get to read it and if you do please let me know what you think. Well, my imaginary friends and I are busy writing, so, we must get on. I hope everything goes well for you in this new year and you have a great time doing whatever you do.
