We offer services that make the Apple Store Online the ideal place for you to purchase items to give as gifts for family and friends as well as those customized just the way you want.

Choose a topic:

Engraving

Make it your own — or a gift they'll never forget — with free laser engraving. You can add a message to any new iPad, AirPods, or select Apple Pencil models. This service is only available online and in the Apple Store App.

After you select your product, you can enter up to two lines of text. As you type, you'll see an image that shows what your text will look like. The text will be engraved on the back of the product, near the top, just as it appears in the image. Please check spelling carefully.

You may be able to make changes to the engraved text or cancel your item if online Order Status indicates that it has “Not yet shipped”. See the Viewing & Changing Orders section of Shopping Help for details or go directly to online Order Status. You may wish to review our Sales and Refunds Policy.

Customize your Mac

When you buy online at Apple, you can customize your Mac just the way you want. Whether you need a more powerful chip, extra memory, or additional storage, you can tailor any new Mac to suit your needs.

Software options

When you receive your Mac, you will find pre-installed software on the second page of Launchpad, in the Applications folder.
The pre-installed software does not have a CD or DVD. If you need help with pre-installed Apple applications, visit support.apple.com/en-sa/apps.

How to customize

  1. Select the Mac notebook or desktop you want.

  2. On the Customize page, choose the configuration options you'd like.

  3. When you're done, click the Add to Bag button.

The value that will be added or deducted from the subtotal appears next to each option. The subtotal, delivery time, and summary of specifications at the top right of the screen will be updated as you choose options.

Apple Gift Cards

How to Purchase Apple Gift Cards

Apple Gift Cards can be purchased on apple.com or in the Apple Store app, with amounts between SAR 50 and SAR 5000. You can also find Apple Gift Cards at many retailers nationwide.

If you purchase an Apple Gift Card to send to someone else, we'll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient. Each Apple Gift Card can include an optional gift message.

Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen Apple Gift Card (or any previous-generation Apple gift card), please contact Apple by telephone at 800 850 0668. Replacement cards will be issued after Apple verifies that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and you present your original purchase receipt. Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Gifting with the Apple Store App

Add a personalised gift message. With the purchase of eligible Apple products, you can schedule and send a gift message, including fun animations and emojis, right to your recipient's inbox. Look for this feature on items after they're added to Bag.

Choose the surprise moment. You can share gift details in your message, or keep the surprise until their gift arrives.

Track their package. With Apple Store App notifications, it's easy to keep tabs on shipping and delivery. You can even share tracking details with the recipient.

Keep prices hidden. Gift amounts won't be shared unless the recipient wants to initiate a return or an exchange.
