There are a number of different purchasing options available on Cambridge Core to suit agents' needs.
Subscription sales
Subscriptions are available to most Cambridge journals in Print + Online, Print Only and Online Only formats, although an increasing number of journals are only available online. The price list shows rates for print plus online subscriptions and electronic-only subscriptions.

Site licence, multi-site licence and consortia sales
To buy packages of online Cambridge journals at discounted prices, or for licences to access your chosen journals online from multiple sites, please contact your sales representative for a tailored quotation, or use one of the email addresses below.
We welcome enquiries from academic institutions as well as from commercial organisations. Please note that Consortia and Site Licence pricing will not result in you paying less for your existing subscriptions, but can add a great deal of invaluable content for a modest additional cost.

Prices
Prices are effective for current year volumes, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions are available for 'bundled' and online only and print only. Please note that reduced rate subscriptions do not give online access unless specified.

European Union
Subscribers in the EU who are VAT registered should provide us with their VAT registration number so that we can apply the appropriate rate of VAT.

The Americas
All subscriptions despatched to addresses within the Americas should be paid for at the US dollar rate (or the current equivalent value in Canadian dollars) to our New York Office, plus applicable sales tax, however if you are eligible for exemption from sales tax your exemption certificate should be provided to our New York Office:

For Canadian customers, all subscription agents must either:
(a) remit the agreed subscription and renewals fees to Cambridge plus any applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax), HST (Harmonised Sales Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax) and similar taxes that may be applicable from time to time; or
(b) provide your GST Registration Numbers for our records if your agency is registered with Revenue Canada.
Consolidated Orders
For consolidated orders, the actual recipient (end-user) mailing address must also be provided or online access will not be possible for those customers.
Despatch
The subscription prices quoted include delivery by air where appropriate.
Back issues and archives
Back issues and back volumes are available for most titles at the current subscription rate. Please contact us for availability. Many journals now have their full back archives available (back to Vol.1:1) in digital format. Please contact us for a separate price list or click here.

Cambridge University Press publications are deposited in the following digital archives to guarantee long-term digital preservation:
Claims
Claims for issues not received should be made by the earlier of : (1) six months from the date of publication; or (2) receipt of the next issue. Please note that, while every effort is made to maintain the advertised publication schedule, it may sometimes not be possible to despatch an issue in the month for which it had been advertised. No refunds of subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the year has been dispatched. In the event an issue has been made 'out of print' we will of course offer to make that publication available to the user through Cambridge Journals Online.
Change of Address
Please give four weeks advance notice whenever possible, and be sure to include the title of the journal, and the complete old mailing address, as well as the new address. Please provide any reference numbers.

Sample copies and leaflets
Free print sample copies are supplied to agents and their clients, subject to availability, for journals with three or more issues per year. Leaflets giving more information are also available. Electronic sample issues are also freely available from the individual home page of the journal you are interested in. You can find links to all our journal homepages here.
Cancellations
Orders are regarded as firm and no refunds of subscriptions will be made after the earlier of:
(1) the first issue of the journal for the year has been despatched; or
(2) six months has passed.
Booksellers
Booksellers ordering Cambridge journals should note the 5% discount policy, that prepayment is required, and that returns are not accepted.
Cambridge Core
We now have over 350 journals available as part of the Cambridge Core service. Full contents to both current and back issues can be accessed. Searches can be carried out across the entire database, and subscribers can view and print pages (including illustrations), exactly as they would see them in hard copy issues.
The price list shows rates for print plus online subscriptions and electronic-only subscriptions. However, print-only rates are available for most journals if you have a customer who is unable to take advantage of the online access.
