This is the worst site I have ever ordered from, the delivery was very late and finally when the stool arrived it was the wrong color. The communication via email was very difficult and slow.

Overall very good experience. Definitely will use again. 4 stars, because when choosing delivery would prefer to know that’s they don’t bring it in the apartment. Otherwise would be happy to pay extra. Had to search for help elsewhere to bring it to the 5th floor apartment.

First: you carry quality pieces. 2nd the price was a bit irresistible. 3rd the chat/email was top notch: quick, specific, helpful. 4: you allowed us a pick-up time during your non-regular open hours. 5: the product was exactly what we expected. In short: exceptional experience.

I haven’t ordered anything from this store yet because the delivery costs are outrageous. The delivery fee is almost always the same as the price of the furniture.
