Information on reporting terrorist content in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/784

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on combating the dissemination of terrorist content online, the following terms of use apply:

Reporting Terrorist Content

Definition of Terrorist Offenses According to TCO Regulation

Terrorist offenses include in particular:

• Attacks on a person's life that may cause death
• Kidnapping or hostage-taking
• Severe destruction of government or public facilities, transport systems, infrastructure including IT systems, or offshore platforms, when human lives are endangered
• Flooding or explosions that endanger human lives
• Disruption or interruption of the supply of water, electricity, or other vital resources that endanger human lives
• Illegal system interference or data manipulation according to Directive 2013/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

Definition of Terrorist Content According to TCO Regulation

Terrorist content includes in particular:

• Calls to commit terrorist offenses, whether directly or indirectly, e.g., by glorifying terrorist acts
• Instructions or calls to individuals or groups to commit or contribute to terrorist offenses
• Participation in activities of a terrorist organization, including providing information or financial support
• Instructions for the manufacture or use of explosives, firearms, or other dangerous substances to commit terrorist offenses

Measures Against the Spread of Terrorist Content

If we receive a report according to the TCO Regulation, we may deactivate or delete the affected content. In addition, we may block the user account and terminate the contract without notice.

Right to Complaint and Complaint Procedure

If you are affected by a removal or blocking according to the TCO Regulation, you have the following options:

• You can submit a complaint with justification and request the restoration of the content. Use our ticket system in the Control Panel (https://v2.trivox.sh/ticket/create) or the email address tco@trivox.sh.

• We will inform you of the result of our review within two weeks. If your complaint is successful, the content will be restored.

• If the removal or blocking was carried out due to an order from a European authority, you can file a complaint with the BKA (Federal Criminal Police Office) within 72 hours of receiving the order. If your complaint is granted, we will restore the content.

• Regardless, you can take other legal steps at any time.
