Definition of "Consumer"

A "consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Liam Kremer trading as Trivox, Auf Staffels 44, 53619 Rheinbreitbach, Email: support@trivox.sh) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have only begun to execute the contract after you have given your express consent to do so and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of cancellation when we begin to fulfill the contract. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
