You can find Insights in the PagerDuty web app's top navigation under Analytics Insights. Insights includes the following reports:
- Incident Activity
- Service Performance
- Responder
- Team
- Escalation Policy
- Business Impact
- Insights Filters
Data Update Schedule
Insights data is updated once per day, and it may take up to 24 hours for new data to appear. Each report has a date and timestamp in the upper-right of the page indicating when it was last updated.
